Gillenfeld: barefoot path

Location of Gillenfeld and the barefoot path

The village of Gillenfeld is located just beyond the Pulvermaar when coming from Daun. To get to Daun, take the A48 from Koblenz or the A61 from Bonn. Then take the 257 and then towards Gillenfeld and Maren. In Gillenfeld you can go to a funny barefoot path in the middle of a forest. To do this, turn right in the village and follow the arrows Waldschule”. You arrive at a dead end street. Leave the car here and enter the forest on foot via the Rad-Moselpad.
